Dr. Aswini Navaratna Sashi is actively involved in undergraduate medical education and is dedicated to fostering evidence-based learning among medical students. She completed her MBBS from Kannur Medical College, Kannur, and subsequently earned her MD in Community Medicine from Malabar Medical College, Kozhikode. She joined us on 13 July 2026 as a Senior Resident in the Department of Community Medicine.
Dr. Aswini has received comprehensive training in the principles and practice of Community Medicine, with expertise in preventive, promotive, and public health services. Her academic training has equipped her with experience in epidemiology, disease surveillance, health promotion, maternal and child health, national health programmes, environmental and occupational health, biostatistics, and community-based healthcare delivery.
