Apart from academics, Malabar Medical College students are outstanding performers in Sports and Athletics. We had been the Overall University Champions continuously for three years in 2014-15, 2015-16 and in 2016-17 and Runner Up in 2017-18. Some of our achievements in National and State Level Championships are mentioned below.
- * All India Inter Medicos Shuttle Badminton Champions in 2018
- * All India Inter Medicos Cricket Runner Up in 2018
- * KUHS Shuttle Badminton Men Champions in the year 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019.
- * KUHS Shuttle Badminton Women Champions in the year 2019. Runner Up in 2014.
