RAPID MMC 2.0 – Annual Emergency Medicine Postgraduate Update Programme 2026
The Department of Emergency Medicine, Malabar Medical College & Research Centre, successfully conducted RAPID MMC 2.0 – Annual Emergency Medicine Postgraduate Update Programme on 4th July 2026 at Ruby Hall, Academic Building, Malabar Medical College & Research Centre, Ulliyeri, Kozhikode. The one-day Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme brought together postgraduate students, faculty members, and emergency physicians from across South India for a comprehensive academic update in Emergency Medicine.
The programme featured evidence-based lectures, interactive panel discussions, case-based learning sessions, the RAPID WARS – The Ultimate Emergency Medicine Quiz Challenge, and a Poster Showcase, providing participants with an enriching academic experience. The scientific sessions focused on current advances and practical approaches in Emergency Medicine, enabling participants to enhance their clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
The event was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Ajit Bhaskar, Professor and Head, Department of Emergency Medicine, who served as the Organising Chairman, and Dr. Sidharth Pariyarath, Senior Resident, Department of Emergency Medicine, who served as the Organising Secretary. Their leadership, together with the dedicated efforts of the organising committee, faculty, residents, and volunteers, ensured the successful execution of this prestigious academic programme.
