(Prof.) Dr. Lakshmanan is popular for clinical prowess as a surgeon. He earned his MBBS degree from prestigious Calicut Medical College in 1983, and completed MS(General Surgery) from Calicut University in 1993, and pursued Mch in Plastic Surgery from Calicut University in 1998. He had worked as Senior Lecturer in the Department of General Surgery to Additional Professor in the Department of General Surgery. He joined our institution as Professor in Department of General Surgery. He is a distinguished faculty of Surgery Department both in clinical and academic appellation.
